Innovative Ideas

The Society for Education in Anesthesia (SEA) is requesting submission of research and curricular project proposals for the Innovative Ideas category for the SEA 2025 Spring Meeting (April 4-6).

The Innovative Ideas category is available for educational projects that are in their developmental stages and have yet to be completed. Innovative Idea proposals will be considered in an Idea Lab Session at the meeting. During the session, the selected authors will present their proposals to an audience including a group of facilitators who will discuss the ideas and share feedback toward development of innovative curricula and research studies. • Goals and Objectives: Who are the stakeholders targeted by this educational intervention? What are the intended outcomes of this curriculum?
  • Educational Plan: What instructional methods will be employed? What assessment methods will be used?
  • Reflection: What resources will be required? From whom will you need to seek support? What challenges or barriers do you anticipate?

The entire proposal is limited to 400 words.
