“I felt very supported in my pod sessions, and they made it extremely easy to make up any sessions that were missed”.

“The practice was so important and helpful! I appreciated the opportunity to practice it myself as well as to observe others coaching to see different styles”.

“The combination of large and small group sessions was effective in fostering close relationships while also connecting with a larger network”.

“Very well-run course, excellent job condensing it down to a manageable amount of time for very busy professionals”.

“Even though this was on Zoom, it provided great opportunity to learn and develop the skill”.

Brief History

In 2015 leaders and their organizations began to ask SeattleCoach® for customized executive coaching education. In response, a rich cohort experience, Coaching for Leaders (CFL), was co-created for organizational leaders and their teams. After 6 successful years and in response to increasing demand from physicians Coaching for Leaders in Healthcare (CFLinHC) was launched in 2022 to a group of 20 university physicians and leaders.
